15CF112 - Luetzow, James C - PTR/PreTrial - Defense asks for matter to be continued for 45 days or so. Set for December 19th.

16CF190 - Martell, Rick A - First Appearance - Negotiated plea reached. Defendant waived prelim hearing. Defendant will plead guilty as charged. Will receive offender initiative probation for two years.

15CF031 - Tucker, Steven E - Appearance with Counsel - Defendant requested public defender. Court appointed public defender. Set for pretrial on December 15th.
