These are the results of the following court cases heard on 08/09/2016 at The Christian County Courthouse.

 

14CF073-15CF193-15CF137 Rebecca Bayless. Pre trial hearing for Obstruction of Justice, Contributing to the Criminal Delinquency of a Minor and a Bad Check. Status hearing set for September 22nd at 10AM.

 

14CF154 Joshua Boyle. Pre trial hearing for Aggravated Fleeing, Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License and Obstruction of Justice. Status hearing for defendant's request to revoke probation set for September 27th at 10AM.

 

15CF185 Aaron Fitzgerald. Pre trial hearing for Possession Amount of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. It was the 2nd failure to appear according to defendant's representation. Representation stated that the defendant was released on bond in the past to go serve time at Shelby County Detention center. Clerk’s office did not receive notice to send an order to appear to defendant. State’s position was to send another notice to appear on august 26th at 10AM.

 

16CF059 Michael Loflin. Pre trial for Criminal Sexual Assault. Motions are pending since state had just met with victim and reviewing the case. Request for a speedy trial by the defendant is on file. Defendant's request for a continuance was granted. Pre trial set for September 1st at 10AM pre trial set.

 

16CF128 Devon Newman. Preliminary hearing for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Fleeing/Attempting to Elude Officer and Resisting Arrest. Waived right to a preliminary hearing and formal arraignment in writing. Plead not guilty. Jury trial request. Pre trial to determine case is set for September 22nd at 10AM.

 

16CF106 Vincent Page. Status hearing for a charge of Meth Manufacturing. Representation for the Defendant stated that they are awaiting results of a psychological evaluation report. A request to move the jury trial to august 25th at 10am was granted.


16CM085 McKenzie Coleman. Pre trial for the charge of Resisting a Peace Officer. Representation for the Defendant asked the court to hand down a sentence of 8 days with credit for 4 days already served. A payment review hearing was set for October 19th at 9am. Court issued a $200 fine plus court costs and asked for a plea at the next hearing.
