16CF144 - Karrick, Cynthia R - Pre-Trial - Defendant requested a negotiated plea hearing set for July 21st. Court agreed to the request.

16CF059 - Loflin, Michael P - Hearing - Defense filed motions to change monitoring from electronic to non electronic. State objected. Defense argued that they feel they have a good case and that defense wants to prove innocence. Motion to modify granted. Pretrial release changed to nonelectronic home confinement pending waiver of extradition. Defense also requested hiring of a private investigator to assist with the case. Agued that the defense doesn’t have time to do all of the research on the case. Stated how they have over 20 witnesses they need to contact. Court continued motion to retain a private investigator for July 26th.
