The Taylorville Football Team got together for their annual banquet following the conclusion of the sports year. Coach Jeb Odam along with his staff praised their players including their best offensive player, defensive player, and then of course the Brandon Bible Country Financial Player of the Year.
This year WTIM’s Leroy Kleimola along with Brandon Bible were on hand to present the award to Taylorville’s Wide Receiver, cornerback, and kicker Clark Rahar.
Rahar says he was honored to receive the award.
Rahar joked that he got into kicking for the team by accident.
Brandon Bible, from Country Financial says that Taylorville athletics mean a lot to him and to Country Financial.
Bible says that Country Financial is proud to sponsor the Player of the Game for Taylorville athletics.
