The following cases were heard on November 13th, 2023:

Kyle Brown: Defendant present with Public Defender Senger and Special Prosecutor Havera. Set for status on 1/12/24 at 10 a.m. Pre-sentence investigation report ordered. 

Shawn Christian: Defendant presetn via Zoom with Attorney Finks; State's Attorney McWard present. Defendant arraingned and admonished of charges and penalties. Preliminary hearing and petition to detain set for 12/15/23 at 1 p.m.

Anthony Pakovich: Defendant present with Public Defender Grigsby and Assistant State's Attorney present. State does not seek to detain, but is seeking no contact and other conditions (see conditions of pretrial release order). Defendant indicates that he is going to hire a private attorney. Reset status on 1/16/24 at 10 a.m.
