Christian County Court Cases 8/31/23

The following cases were heard on August 31st, 2023:

 

George Bailey: Defendant present in person with Public defender and Asst.State's Attorney present. In person PTR hearing scheduled for 10/26/23 at 1:15 p.m. Defendant admonished hearing in person. Status 9/19/23 at 1:15 p.m.

 

Jessimaya Baird: Defendant present in person pro se and Assistant State's Attorney present. By agreement, petition for expungement granted. See written order.

 

Joshua Bland: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 9/22/23 at 10 a.m.

 

Tiffany Burke: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, Defendant admits the petition to revoke. Judgment of conviction entered. Probation sentence revoked. Balance ordered to be sent to collections. No further settings. Defendant provides updated
address.

 

Andrew Calvert: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 9/29/23 at 10 a.m. 402 conf. set 9/29/23 at 8:45 a.m.

 

Season Fisher: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 9/7/23 at 10 a.m.

 

Richard Ginger: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, case continued for pretrial/ possible plea on 9/29/23 at 10 a.m.

 

Debbie Horn: Parties present by counsel. Treatment status scheduled for 9/5/23 at 10 a.m.

 

Hayden Klespitz: Defendant present with Public Defender Herkert and State's Attorney present. Defendant waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, and demands trial by jury. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 9/21/23 at 10 a.m. Attorney Herkert to determine if he has a conflict.

 

Jacob Krouse: Defendant is ordered furloughed from the jail to attend inpatient substance abuse treatment upon the availability of a bed at a licensed treatment facility. Safe Passage to facilitate inpatient treatment. Defendant ordered to immediately return to the jail upon release from the treatment facility for any reason. Written order to follow. If Defendant is is treatment at the next court date, he consents to a continuance of the pretrial and jury trial.

 

Andrea McDonald: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. Case dismissed on motion of the State.

 

Jacob Melton: Parties present by counsel. Prelminary hearing set for inp person hearing on 9/28/23 at 10 a.m. Defendant not present due to medical issue.

 

Christopher Mills: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 9/7/23 at 10 a.m.

 

Samantha Olivio: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 10/24/23 at 10 a.m. TC staffing 9/20/23 at 10 a.m.

 

Jahquel Pearsall: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 9/7/2023 at 10 a.m.

 

Frank Sedlock: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 9/7/23 at 10 a.m.

Matthew Yattoni: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. Negotiated plea presented and approved by the Court, whereby Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of possession of methamphetamine (Count I). Count II dismissed pursuant to negotiated plea.Judgment of conviction entered. By agreement, Defendant sentenced to two years probation, two days in the county jail with credit for one day served, and he is ordered to pay the fines and assessments as set forth in the financial sentencing order. By agreement, petition for waiver of assessments granted. Bond to apply. See written orders.
