Samantha Abbott: Defendant present with counsel and Asst. State's Attorney present. Defendant successfully completed treatment. By agreement, probation period extended to 6/20/24, and based on that, the State's motion to withdraw the PTR is granted. Attorney only status hearing set 6/21/23 at 10 a.m.

Lacy Austin: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 10/24/23 at 10 a.m. State has answered discovery and will make a plea offer.

Christopher Carnahan: Defendant present in person with Assistant Public Defender Grigsby
and Assistant State's Attorney DePaepe. By agreement, probation terminated and Defendant ordered released from custody. All balances owed in all cases forwarded to collections.

Alex Collingwood: Defendant present with counsel in custody on warrant and State's Attorney present. Defendant turned himself in on the warrant. By agreement, Defendant ordered released on a $25,000 OR bond. Defendant ordered to immiediately report to the probation department upon his release and submit to alcohol and drug testing. Probation ordered to file the results under seal and provide them to all counsel fo record. By agreement, pretrial hearing scheduled for 10/10/23 at 10 a.m. in person.

Drew Collins: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. Petition to revoke withdrawn on motion of the State due to his compliance. Counsel only status hearing scheduled for 2/2/24 at 10 a.m.

Susan Fisher: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, probation revoked and Defendant resentenced to 1 year probation with balance reinstated and reimposed. Bond to apply. Balance ordered to collections.

Jeffrey Jones: Defendant present in person in custody of IDOC with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. Case called for preliminary hearing. Officer sworn and testifies. Court finds probable cause. Defendant waives arraignment, pleads not guilty and demands trial by jury. Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, final pretrial hearing scheduled for 10/24/23 at 1:15 p.m. Jury trial scheduled for 11/6/23 at 8:30 a.m. Both hearings are in person. Parties ordered to file pretrial motions at least 30 days before the jury trial to be heard at the final pretrial hearing. Trial in abstentia admonition given. Writ continued. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 10/17/23 at 10 a.m. Defendant is ordered furloughed from the jail to attend inpatient substance abuse treatment upon the availability of a bed at a licensed treatment facility. Safe Passage to facilitate inpatient treatment. Defendant ordered to immediately return to the jail upon release from the treatment facility for any reason. Written order to follow.

Larry Scott: Defendant present remotely from the Illinois Department of Corrections with Public defender and State's Attorney present.
