The following cases were heard on August 25th, 2023:

Robert Abberley: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, PTR hearings set in person 9/7/23 at 11 a.m in person. Defendant admonished re hearing in his absence.

Christopher Carnahan: Parties present by counsel. By agreement, sentencing hearing continued for status hearing on 8/29/23 at 10 a.m. Subs to continue.

Dustin Cline: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 9/15/23 at 10 a.m. in person.

Kimberly England: Defendant fails to appear. Warrant to issue. Geographic limits of the warrant are Christian County and surrounding counties. Bond set at $30,000 over objection of PD. Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 10/16/23 at 10 a.m. By agreement, warrant wash. Defendant indicates she tried to connect remotely issues.

Holly Hapner: Defendant present pro se and State's Attorney present. PTR withdrawn and probation terminated. All balances owed in all cases forwarded to collections.

Debbie Horn: Parties present by counsel. Treatment status scheduled for 8/31/23 at 10 a.m.

David Jones: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 10/23/23 at 10 a.m. State has discovery and made a plea offer.

Jeffrey Jones: Parties present by counsel. By agreement, preliminary hearing continued to 8/29/23 at 10 a.m. In person Writ to issue. Hearing will also be held on State's dna motion. Subs to continue.

Ace Kobe: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, preliminary hearing scheduled for 9/25/23 at 10 a.m. in person. Defendant successfully completed inpatient treatment, and, by agreement he is ordered released on a $25,000 recognizance fund subject to the terms of the pretrial release order. Dustin Meseke: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. Negotiated plea presented and approved by the Court, whereby Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of criminal trespass to motor vehicle (Count II). Count I dismissed pursuant to negotiated plea. Judgment of conviction entered. By agreement, Defendant sentenced to 60 days in the county jail with credit for 30 days served as ordered to pay the financial obligations. Petition for waiver granted. Defendant to pay balance in full today. See written orders.

Jenny Neville: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, final pretrial hearing scheduled for 11/21/23 at 1:15 p.m. Jury trial scheduled for 12/4/23 at 8:30 a.m. Both hearings are in person. Parties ordered to file pretrial motions at least 30 days before the jury trial to be heard at the final pretrial hearing. Trial in abstentia admonition given.

Richard Shivers: Parties present by counsel. PTR withdrwawn for reasons stated on the record.

Sterling Thomas: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, in person sentencing status set for 9/7/23 at 10 a.m. State made revised offer.

Patrick Weaver: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 9/8/23 at 10 a.m.
