William Dixon: Special Prosecutor Havera for the people; Defendant in custody of Christian County Jail with APD Grigsby. APD Grigsby is going to get more details on services available for Defendant; matter reset to 8/21/23 at 10 a.m. when Special Prosecutor Kroenke will be present.
Justin Moma: ASA LD; Defendant appears via Zoom in treatment with Attorney Herkert; State files an objection to conduction a hearing on motion for Recog Bond as it was not noticed up for today. Over objection of Defendant, motion to continue hearing on Recog Bond granted. Hearing on motion for Recog reset to 8/21/23 at 10 a.m. Court also find that Judge Paisley is in best position to hear this motion.
Timothy Richardson: ASA LD; Defendant in open court with APD Grigsby. Parties present a negotiated plea; Defendant pleads guilty to Count 1, Defendant sentenced as follows: conviction to enter; 24-months of probation; no D/A, subject to testing; Defendant ordered to complete counseling as directed by probation; Defendant to pay a $750 fine, plus assessments; see order for all other terms. Defendant has waiver of assessments on file; hearing on waiver set for hearing on 9/20/23 at 9 a.m.
Tyler Sigretto: ASA LD; Defendant with APD Grigsby. Defendant still tryign to get into compliance; matter reset for status hearing on 10/24/23 at 10 a.m.
Robert Spruill: ASA LD; Defendant failed to appear, APD Girgsby appears on Defendant's behalf. Notice To Appear to issue returnable for 9/26/23 at 10 a.m.
