The following cases were heard on August 10th, 2023:

Brittany Hester: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 9/12/23 at 10 a.m. By agreement, warrant quashed, as defendant was in treatment when the warrant issued. Defendant has successfully completed inpatient treatment, and is scheduled for outpatient treatment.

Charles Lair: Defendant present remotely with Assistant Public Defender Grigsby and State's Attorney present. By agreement, sentencing hearing continued to 9/28/23 at 1:15 p.m. for reasons stated on the record.

Lester Ward: Defendant present in custody with Public Defender Grigsby and Asst. State's Attorney present. By agreement, hearing on motion for furlough continued for further hearing to 8/11/23 at 10 a.m.
