The following cases were heard on August 3rd, 2023:

Tiffany Burke: Defendant fails to appear. Notice to appear to issue for 8/31/23 at 10 a.m.

Sean Curtis: Defendant present with attorney McWard and SP Kroncke present. Case called for preliminary hearing. Officer sworn and testifies. Court finds probable cause. Defendant arraigned, pleads not guilty and demands trial by jury. Final pretrial hearing scheduled for 11/21/23 at 1:15 p.m. Jury trial scheduled for 12/4/23 at 8:30 a.m. Both hearings are in person. Parties ordered to file pretrial motions at least 30 days before the jury trial to be heard at the final pretrial hearing. Defendant admonished re trial in abstentia.

Kayla Durbin: Parties present by counsel. Defendnt still in treatment nd it is anticipated she would be there for about 1 year. PD Rahar has signed release and will verify her presence in treatment. Status 8/17/23 at 10 a.m. Defendant directed to sign release of information for OSPS.

Georg Goins: Defendant present in custody with Public Defender Herkert, who is appointed for bond hearing only and State's Attorney present. Defendant admonished re charges and possible penalties. Proffer made. Probable cause found. Bond hearing conducted. Cash bond found appropriate in the amount of $1 million dollars. PD Senger appointed to represent Defendant. Preliminary hearing scheduled for in person hearing on 8/24/23 at 10 a.m.

Mathieu Kuhns: Defendant present with counsel and SP Kroncke present. By agreement, final pretrial hearing scheduled 9/19/23 at 1:15 p.m. Jury trial scheduled for 10/2/23 at 8:30 a.m. Both hearings are in person. Parties ordered to file pretrial motions at least 30 days before the jury trial to be heard at the final pretrial hearing. Trial in abstentia admonition given.

Bradley Long: Defendant present in person with Attorney Ward and special prosecutor Kroncke present. By agreement, arraignment on the indictment and hearing on the source of bail bonds continued to 8/21/23 at 10 a.m.

Justin Pruett: Defendant present remotely with attorney McWard and SP Kroncke present who is appointed to represent the State. Pretrial hearing 8/21/23 at 10 a.m. in all pending matters.

Robert Scott: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 9/21/23 at 10 a.m. Negotiations ongoing.

Ryan Tarrant: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, final pretrial hearing scheduled for 10/24/23 at 1:15 p.m. Jury trial scheduled for 11/6/23 at 8:30 a.m. Both hearings are in person. Parties ordered to file pretrial motions at least 30 days before the jury trial to be heard at the final pretrial hearing. Trial in abstentia admonition given.
