Brandon Durbin: State's Attorney present, Defendant not present and excused. Cause dismissed without objection.

Michael Durbin: State's Attorney present, Defendant in custody. Waive preliminary hearing in writing; arraingment waived; jury trial demand. Jury trial set for 10/2/23 at 8:30 a.m.; final pretrial 9/19/23 at 1:15 p.m.; and pretrial hearing 8/21/23 at 10 a.m.

Kimberly England: State's Attorney present, Defendant with Public Defender. Pretrial hearing set for 8/25/23 at 10 a.m.

Cody Fringer: Defendant failed to appear; Notice to Appear on 7/31/23 at 10 a.m.

Landon Moore: State's Attorney present, Defendant present with Public Defender Grigsby. Written waiver of preliminary hearing, pretrial only by agreement with delay to defendant. Pretrial set for 8/22/23 at 10 a.m.

Timothy Wiseman: State's Attorney present, Attorney Conner with Defendant. Motion filed in open court; motion is granted without objection. Status hearing set for 8/14/23 at 10 a.m.
