The following court cases were heard on June 15th, 2023:
Sherie Aymer: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. Negotiated plea presented and approved by the Court, whereby Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of Theft (Count II). Count I dismissed pursuant to negotiated plea. Judgment of conviction entered. By agreement, Defendant sentenced to two years probation, four days in jail with credit for two days served, and she's ordered to pay fines and fees as set forth in the financial sentencing order. Shalee Bayne: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. Defendant waives arraignment, denies the allegations in the Petition to Revoke. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 6-19-23 at 9 a.m.
Tiffany Burke: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 7-20-23 at 10 a.m. Defendant still in treatment and will make a counter offer.
David Crutcher: Defendant present pro se and State's Attorney present. Defendant admonished regarding charges, penalties, and rights. By agreement, Public Defender appointed to represent Defendant. Preliminary hearing scheduled for 6-30-23 at 10 a.m.
Kayla Durbin: Parties present by counsel and are finalizing the terms of her furlough for treatment. Status hearing scheduled for 8-3-23 at 10 a.m.
Brandon Giddens: Defendnt present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 8-1-23 at 10 a.m.
Mitchell Neece: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 6-29-23 at 10 a.m. Parties are still negotiating.
Lynn Norris: Defendant present pro se and State's Attorney present. Defendant admonished regarding charges, penalties, and rights. By agreement, Public Defender appointed to represent Defendant. First appearance with counsel scheduled for 8-21-23 at 10 a.m.
James Oller: Defendant present by counsel and State's Attorney present. Petition to expunge and/or seal granted by agreement.
Robin Parsons: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 8-24-23 at 10 a.m.
Jack Skinner: Defendant present in person in custody with Assistant Public Defender Grigsby and State's Attorney present. Status of furlough and preliminary hearing set on 7-18-23 at 10 a.m. Written order to follow. Defendant has cleared the out of county warrant and Safe Passage will screen.
Jenna Sparling: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 8-24-23 at 10 a.m. in all pending matters. Parties are still negotiating a reduction in exchange for prepayment of restitution.
Michael Staten, Jr.: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 8-24-23 at 10 a.m.
Ryan Tarrant: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 8-3-23 at 10 a.m.
Bradley Worker: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 7-20-23 at 10 a.m. Parties are still trying to update the actual restitution amount.
