hearing conducted. Arguments heard. Court finds cash bond appropriate in the amount of $75,000 subject to the terms pretrial release order. See written order.

Joshua Bain: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. Case called for hearing on Defendant's oral motion for furlough for drug treatment. Written order to follow with all details. Status 6-30-23 at 10 a.m.

Patrick Carr: Parties present by counsel. Defendant in treatment and parties have first offender probation plea ready once he completes treatment. Plea hearing 6-13-23 at 10 a.m.

Colby Coleman: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 7-7-23 at 10 a.m.

Velma Copeland: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 7-18-23 at 10 a.m.

Arianne Dowdy: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, preliminary hearing scheduled for 7-14-23 at 10 a.m.

Chase Gatons: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 7-28-23 at 10 a.m. Defendant admonished and consents to 402 conference scheduled for 7-18-23 at 8:45 a.m.

Leanna Grissom: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. Defendant waives arraignment, denies the allegations in the Petition to Revoke. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 7-21-23 at 10 a.m.

Neil Hall: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 7-7-23 at 10 a.m. Defendant to waive preliminary hearing at that time.

Joshua Hawthorne: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 7-7-23 at 10 a.m.

Brittany Hester: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. Defendant waives arraignment, denies the allegations in the Petition to Revoke. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 7-24-23 at 10 a.m. Defendant ordered to immediately report to the probation department and submit to a drug and alcohol test. Probation Department ordered to file results under seal with the Clerk and provide copies to all counsel of record.

Starla Hostetler: Parties present by counsel. Defendant was granted furlough to attend inpatient substance abuse treatment. Public defender still trying to verify she is still in treatment. Status hearing 5-26-23 at 10 a.m.

Billy Hulfachor: Defendant present with counsel. AAG Hegarty and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 6-20-23 at 10 a.m. State has not yet made offer based on still waiting for additional information re prior criminal history.

Johnny Katcher: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 7-7-23 at 10 a.m. in person.

Steven McCoy: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 7-23-23 at 10 a.m. Defendant has completed 23/26 DV classes.

Jaycee Nishke: Defendant present with counsel and Assistant State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial/plea hearing continued to 7-7-23 at 10 a.m.

Danielle Peters: Defendant present pro se and SP DePaepe present. Case dismissed without prejudice on motion of the State.

Ryan Shattuck: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 7-21-23 at 10 a.m.

Derik Steck: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 7-7-23 at 10 a.m. Video to issue. He has two pending felonies in Fayette County.

Rusty Tolly: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, final pretrial hearing scheduled for 9-19-23 at 1:15 p.m. Jury trial scheduled for 10-2-23 at 8:30 a.m. Both hearings are in person. Parties ordered to file pretrial motions at least 30 days before the jury trial to be heard at the final pretrial hearing. Trial in abstentia admonition given.

Dean Weller: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. Case called for hearing on Motion for Recognizance Bond. Arguments heard. Motion granted for reasons stated on the record. Defendant ordered released on a $15,000 recognizance bond subject to the terms of the pretrial release order and he is ordered to meet with OSPS immediately upon his release. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 7-14-23 at 10 a.m. Defendant ordered to schedule and keep an appointment to review the plea offer with his attorney before the next court date.
