The following court cases were heard in front of judge Christopher Matoush on October 18th.

Brittany Sauer appeared in court. Case continued for state attorney to meet with witness. Pretrial only scheduled for November 8th.

Nicholas Cox appeared in custody. Motion for Bond hearing. Motion to reduce bond granted. By agreement bond set at $5,000 with 10% to apply. Pretrial only scheduled for December 17th.

Nathan Howell appeared in custody. Pretrial only continued for November 19th.

Corey Pope appeared in custody. Waives preliminary hearing.  Waives arraignment. Pleads not guilty. Requests trial by jury. Requests pretrial only set for November 18th.

Caleb Reber appeared in custody. Negotiated plea in place. Plead guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine 100-400 grams.. Will serve 10 years in Illinois Department of corrections with 3 years of mandatory supervised release. $500 fine. Along with a $15,000 street value assessment. Credit for 319 days served. The incident happened on December 3rd. Reber could have gotten 6-30 years.  The estimated time is 4 years for good time served.

Samantha Abbott appeared in court. Presentence investigation ordered.  Pretrial continued for October 28th. November 22nd for sentencing.

Kimberlee S. Morrison appeared in court. Motion to withdraw a plea of guilt granted. 

Daniel Alumbaugh fails to appear. Called to Judge sick. New date set for November 22nd.

John Brilley appeared in court. Case continued for December 6th.

Tristine Hampton appeared in court. Pretrial continued for November 19th.

Gerald Olive fails to appear. Warrant issued for $2500. 

Daniel Osborn appeared in court. Oral motion for continuance. Jury trial continued for December 2nd. Final pretrial set for November 12th.
