The following court cases were heard in front of Judge Christopher Matoush on Friday September 6th.

Stefanie D. Bailey appeared in court. Pretrial only set for October 15. Jury trial for September 9th vacated.

Christopher W. Barnes appeared in court. Preliminary hearing held. Probable cause found. Waives arraignment pleads not guilty, pretrial only set for October 21.

Michael Durbin appeared in court. Plea reached, but will hammer out final details Monday. Continued until September 9th.

Joshua D. Foil appeared in court. Continued for October 22nd for plea.

Joseph L. Auman appeared in court. Preliminary hearing held. Probable cause found. Pleads not guilty waived arraignment, jury trial requested. Pretrial set for October October 15th.  For other case, Jury trial set for November 4th. Final pretrial set for October 15th.

Matthew Mcintyre appeared in court. Waived preliminary hearing, waived arraignment, plead not guilty requested jury trial jury trial set for November 4th pretrial set for September 30th.

Holly and Nathan Hapner appeared in court. Continued for October 17th.

Cory A. Skinner appeared in court. Pretrial only set for December 6th after release from IDOC. (will be transported to CCJ).

Gary E. Turvey appeared in court. Waived preliminary hearing, plead not guilty requested trial by jury. Pretrial only set for October 22nd.
