These are the results of the following court cases heard in the Christian County Court on Thursday, November 9th:

17CF142 - Joseph L. Ishmael - Aggravated Domestic Battery, Domestic Battery With a Prior, and Criminal Trespass to Residence With Person Present - Negotiated Plea. Also 17CF165 - Residential Burglary and Theft Between $10,000 and $100,000. He will plead guilty to the burglary charge in 17CF165, all remaining charges would be dismissed. He will be sentenced to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with two years of supervised release.

17CF152 - Nathaniel Z. Bain - 2 Counts of Narcotics Possession - Negotiated Plea. He will plead guilty to Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance in count 2, count 1 would be dismissed. He will serve seven years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with two years of supervised release.

17CF194 - Larry L. Scott - Attempted Murder - Status Hearing. Tom Finks is appointed the public defender for the defendant. Preliminary hearing scheduled for November 30 at 1:15 p.m.
