16CF229 - Ferguson, Brian K - PreTrial - Competency examination completed and filed with court during week of January 10th. Defense is not ready for February jury trial due to competency questions. Also has not received medical records yet. Defense moves to continue pretrial and jury trial. Set for pretrial on March 3rd. Set for jury trial on March 27th.
15CF246 - Miller, Truett C - PreTrial - Negotiated plea reached however paperwork has not been completed. Moved until February 9th for presentation of plea.
13CF112 - Wehner, Jessica S - Review - Defendant is current on all payments, however still has a balance that needs to be taken care of before court supervision expires. State advised that defendant must use tax refund to help pay down balance. Set for further review March 1st.
