Robert Sidener, 53, of Springfield was arrested by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office for Aggravated Domestic Battery.

Nickolas Coady, 20, of Taylorville was arrested by the Taylorville Police Department for Aggravated Assault/Discharge of Firearm.
Michael Durbin, 24, of Taylorville was arrested by the Taylorville Police Department for Aggravated Assault/Discharge of Firearm.
Rodney Sizemore, 27, of Taylorville was arrested by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office for Violating Pretrial Release and Possession/Receive/Sell of Stolen Vehicle.

Angela Peters, 57, of Taylorville was arrested by the Taylorville Police Department for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Nathaniel Baker, 28, of Pana was arrested by the Pana Police Department for Possession of Methamphetamine and Violation of Bail Bond.
Michael Beck, 30, was arrested for Driving with Revoked or Suspended License, Possession of Methamphetamine and Violation of Bail Bond.
Jonathan Cohan, 43, of Pana was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Violation of Bail Bond.

8/10/25 at 2:00 p.m.
Byron Kay, 32, of Taylorville was traveling south on IL RT 29 and left the roadway due to another motorist reportedly traveling north in the southbound lane. The vehicle collided with an embankment and sustained damage to its front underside.
8/15/25 at 10:30 a.m.
Jarred Rufus, 41, of Hillsboro was traveling south on 1300 East RD when he blew his rear driver side tire and lost control and rolled into the ditch to the west.
8/15/25 at 4:20 a.m.
Angie Woods, 49, of Owaneco was traveling north on 1250 East RD when two deer entered the roadway and the driver was unable to avoid the deer. The vehicle sustained damage to the front and roof of the vehicle.

Coby McClure, 25, of Bingham (Unit 1) and Kyle Eddy, 24, of Ramsey (Unit 2)
Unit 2 was traveling north on Business 51 in Assumption and as they approached the intersection of Business 51 and Illinois ST, Unit 1 failed to yield the right of way and collided with Unit 2.
