Rachel Newingham, 44, of Kincaid was arrested by the Taylorville Police Department for DUI 3rd Offense, Driving on suspended License, Fail to Give Signal, and Violation of Probation/Supervision.

The Taylorville Police Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;

Rachel N. Newingham, age 44, of Oconee Illinois, was arrested for DUI.

6/04/25

Nickolas L. Coady, age 20, of Taylorville, was arrested for DUI.

Taylorville Police investigated a crash that occurred on May 29th at 5:15 PM.  According to Taylorville Police Tommy Mcabe of Sullivan was headed to fast on Webster and crashed into the back of Jessica Franks of Taylorville.  No injuries were reported.
