The Christian County Sheriff's Office reported the following to Regional Radio News:

Jennifer Kirgan, 35, of Moweaqua was traveling North on 2400 East RD at about 1770 North. A deer entered the roadway and hit the deer. The vehicle had front-end damage but was able to drive from the scene.

Brian Ramsey, 35, of Lexington, KY was arrested by the Taylorville Police Department or Criminal Trespass to Land.
