A Juvenile Male, age 17, of Owaneco Illinois, was arrested for Driving With No Valid Driver’s License and Consumption of Alchohol Under the age of 21
Michael J. Kelly, age 19, of Assumption Illinois was arrested for Consumption of Alchohol Under the age of 21.
