The Christian County Sheriff's Office reported the following to Regional Radio News;

CRASHES

9/7/24

Witnesses advised that Dennis Whitlatch, 74, of Tower Hill came to a stop on the roadway. Then drifted off the roadway and into the ditch to the North. The driver appeared to have had a medical issue while driving. CPR was started and he was transported by ambulance to Pana Hospital.

ARRESTS

9/4/24

Connor Davis, 22, of Joliet was arrested by Taylorville PD for Manufacture/Delivery of Control Substances.

9/8/24

Shaun Padgett, 44, was arrested by CCSO for Theft.

Aubrey Smith, 58, was arrested by Taylorville PD for Possession of Methamphetamine.

Tiffani Bailey, 44, of Taylorville was arrested by Taylorville PD for Possession of Controlled Substance.
