The Christian County Sheriff's Office reported the following to Regional Radio News;

11-20-23 Thomas Sipes, age 52, of Springfield was arrested by Springfield PD on a Christian County FTA warrant for Burglary.

11-20-23 Clay Pressley, age 20, of Mt. Zion was arrested by Stonington PD for speeding, fleeing police and driving under the influence of alcohol.

The Taylorville Police Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;

Aaron J. Buckler, age 38, of Taylorville was arrested for Driving While License Revoked. 

Taylorville Police investigated the following crash that took place at 12:41 PM on November 6th. Alvin Abbott of Taylorville and Austin M. Rule of Kincaid were traveling east on Springfield Road.  Rule slowed down at the light to turn onto Cheney Street and Abbott failed to reduce speed to avoid hitting him.  No injuries were reported.
