5-12-23 Colton Mitchell, 32, Moweaqua arrested by Assumption Police Dept FTA Warrant
5-14-23 Sexson, Cale, 40, Taylorville arrested by Taylorville Police Dept FTA Warrant
5-14-23 Rhonda Pruitt, age 45, of Taylorville was arrested by CCSO for domestic battery.
5-15-23 Dana Melvin, age 26, of Taylorville was arrested by Sangamon County on a FTA for UNLAWFUL POSS CR/DEBIT CARD.
5-15-23 Kyle Williams, age 39, of Springfield was arrested Sangamon County on a FTA warrant for unlawful possession of cannabis.
Accidents
On May 14, 2023 – John Kiefer, 66, was travelling east on 1350 N approaching the intersection with 2300 E for reasons unknown failed to negotiate the curve, and went straight through into the ditch on the east side of 2300 E. Driver taken to Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Ben H. Bush, age 37, of Decatur Illinois was arrested for DUI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

Cale R. Sexson, age 40, of Taylorville, was arrested on a Warrant.
Shannon L. Linder, age 48, of Taylorville, was arrested for DUI, Resisting arrest and Obstruction of Justice.
