The Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following to Regional Radio News;

08-04-22 Larry Lappin, age 26, of Edinburg was arrested by CCSO for driving with suspended license and DUI.

08-04-22 Dakoda Cantrell, age 26, of Pana was arrested by CCSO for meth delivery. 

08-05-22 Patrick Weaver, age 65, of Taylorville was arrested by CCSO for criminal trespassing.

08-04-22 Larry Lappin and Tammy Brachear were involved in a traffic crash in Stonington. Lappin failed to yield  the right of way for Brachear at the intersection of IL Rt. 48 and 2000 N. The vehicles collided in the intersection. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Brachear was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

The Taylorville Police Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;

Randall C. Smith, age 51, of Taylorville was arrested for Domestic Battery and Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

Denny D. Durbin, age 51, of Taylorville was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstruction of Justice.

Vivian L. Neff, age 47, of Taylorville was arrested for Driving While License Suspended.

Suzanne K. Austin, age 49, of Taylorville was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Steve K. McMahon, age 61, of Taylorville was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
