Trailer tires of the semi struck a concrete barrier at the North East corner of this intersection. One tire of the semi came completely off the rim and the interior tire was cut. The rim and/or other part of the trailer appears to have damaged a culvert, located adjacent to the concrete barrier. The semi was towed by the company.
