The Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following to Regional Radio News;
32 year old Dennis Coghlan of Taylorville was arrested on Monday for violation of an order of protection.
28 year old Kimberly Carrell of Pana was arrested on Monday for possession of a controlled substance.
38 year old Mitchell Neece of Taylorville was arrested on Monday on a FTA warrant for aggravated battery.
35 year old William Thomas of Pana was arrested on Monday on a FTA warrant for possession of meth.
21 year old Hailey Pritchett of Taylorville was arrested on Monday on an FTA warrant for driving on a suspended/revoked drivers license.
The Taylorville Police Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;
35 year old Victoria Gray of Springfield was arrested on Friday on a warrant.
41 year old Melvin T. Archer of Springfield was arrested on Friday for retail theft.
14 year old female from Pana was arrested on Friday for retail theft.
28 year old Sarah E. Fleet of Pana was arrested on Friday for retail theft.
40 year old Alexis I. Givens of Springfield was arrested on Friday on a warrant, driving while license suspended, and possession of cocaine.
26 year old Kurklan E. Dickey of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for domestic battery and a violation of a court order.
30 year old Christian E. Crowder of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for domestic battery.
63 year old Joetta S. Lewis of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday on a warrant.
31 year old Tanner R. Gronewald of Taylorville was arrested on Friday on a warrant.
32 year old Dennis W. Coghlan of Taylorville was arrested on Monday for Violation of Order of Protection.
The Taylorville Police Department responded to a vehicle accident that occurred on July 28th. Christina Moomey of Trilla, Illinois was in traffic on Park Street heading east. Ronald Allen of Taylorville was in traffic on Park Street heading west. Jagger Moore of Taylorville was sitting at the stoplight on Main Cross Street. Allen entered the intersection with a green light and Moomey entered the intersection. Both vehicles collided and Moomey spun around striking Moore’s vehicle. Moomey and Allen both went to area hospitals. Moomey was issued a citation. Moore was uninjured in the crash.
The Taylorville Police Department responded to a vehicle accident that occurred in the morning on July 31st. Daniel Norton and and Erica Kettlekamp were involved in a vehicle accident at the intersection of Cherokee Street and Market Street. Norton was traveling eastbound on Market and failed to yield to northbound traffic on Cherokee striking Kettlekamp. No injuries were reported.
The Taylorville Police Department also responded to a vehicle accident on Long Street in the afternoon of July 31st. Barry Schwartzberg of Taylorville was exiting their driveway while Alixandrea Barlow of Taylorville and Schwartzberg hit Barlow’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.
