Taylorville Police Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;
35 year old Anthony Maiden of Taylorville was arrested on Sunday for trespassing and released on a notice to appear.
51 year old Ann L. Stafford of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for retail theft stemming from an incident that occurred on March 5th. She was charged with burglary, retail theft, criminal trespass, and violation of bond.
19 year old Timothy J. Everlen of Stonington was arrested on Friday on a Macoupin County warrant.
32 year old Keith Weller of Taylorville was arrested on Monday on a Christian County warrant.
33 year old Dontrell D. Franks of Taylorville was arrested on Monday for possession of a controlled substance.
46 year old Matthew D. Williams of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday for retail theft.
Taylorville Police responded to a vehicle accident on the afternoon of March 4th. Shawn Evans of Taylorville and Melissa McMillan of Taylorville were involved in an accident at Webster and East Park Street. No injuries were reported.
Taylorville Police responded to a vehicle accident on March 4th on East Oak Street. Robert W. McGee of Lakeland Florida was traveling east on Oak Street and disobeyed the no semi traffic sign. The vehicle hit a low cable line leading to two houses in the 700 block and also did damage to several tree limbs on the 800 block. McGee turned left on North Wilkinson Street causing damage to property on the north side of the road before getting stuck halfway on Wilkinson and Oak Street due to it being jacknifed. The vehicle was escorted out of East Oak Street to Cherokee Street to clearance roadway. No injuries were reported.
Taylorville Police also responded to a vehicle accident the afternoon of March 5th. Jermaine Sams of Springfield was backing up south in the parking lot behind 815 Springfield Road and backed into a parked car causing damage. No injuries were reported.
Taylorville Police responded to a vehicle accident on the evening of March 9th at Cherokee and Main Cross. Aaron J. Corso of Taylorville told police he was driving northbound on Cherokee Street when Brenda Johnson of Taylorville struck the passenger side of the vehicle. Johnson told police she was driving westbound on Main Cross when she failed to completely stop at the stop sign striking the passenger side of Corso’s vehicle. A female passenger in Corso’s vehicle was taken to Taylorville Memorial Hospital.

51 year old Ann L. Stafford of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for burglary, theft, criminal trespass to building, and violation of bail bond.
52 year old Tina M. Parish of Tovey was arrested on Saturday for battery.
42 year old Joseph D. Mays of Taylorville was arrested on Sunday on a FTA warrant for forgery.
31 year old Matthew S. Tarrant of of Bullpitt was arrested on Sunday for burglary and possession of burglary tools.
20 year old Destiny M. Smith of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday on a FTA warrant for driving suspended.
24 year old Layla K. Schuyler of Kincaid was arrested on Tuesday on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance and new charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
29 year old Colby R. Wilderman was arrested on Tuesday of a FTA warrant for DUI.
51 year old Vickie L. Allard-Bush of Sherman was arrested on Wednesday on a FTA warrant for driving suspended.
42 year old Russell E. Durbin of Taylorville was arrested on Wednesday on a FTA warrant for driving suspended.
