The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reported the following to Regional Radio News;

52 year old Robert S. Powell of Tower Hill was arrested on October 10th for domestic battery.

35 year old Rebecca R. Roberts of Sigel was arrested on October 13th, for driving with a suspended registration, no registration light, posession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on a revoked license. 

42 year old Mark E. Langston of Cowden was issued a citation on October 17th for driving without a license, and notice to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

44 year old Bryan D. Askins of Cowden was issued a notice to appear on October 18th for battery.

27 year old Dakota R. Osborn of Decatur was issued a notice to appear for unlawful use of a weapon and citations for speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle.
