The Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following to Regional Radio News;
25 year old Jamie D. Sizemore of Stonington was arrested on Monday for domestic battery.
32 year old Michael D. Washington of Kincaid was arrested on Monday for criminal damage to property.
24 year old Chelsea J. Rigdon of Springfield was arrested on Monday on a bond forfeiture warrant for a 2020 driving on a suspended license charge. Bond was set at $2,500
41 year old Benjamin Smith of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday on a bond forfeiture warrant for a 2019 driving on a suspended license charge. Bond was set at $3,650.
25 year old Devon V. L. Gatons of Pana was arrested on Tuesday on a bond forfeiture warrant for a 2019 forgery charge. Bond was set at $10,000.
30 year old Steven J. Nutaut of Havana was arrested on Tuesday on an original arrest warrant for a 2019 retail theft charge. Bond was set at $5,000.
45 year old Angela M. Beard of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday for a burglary charge.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle crash on Tuesday morning. Dustin Damn of Palmyra was traveling east on 350 North Road when it met Aron C. Huff of Carlinville traveling west at about 2250 east. Both units attempted to get over, but Damn was towing a large farm implement. The farm implement of Damn’s vehicle hit Huff’s driver side mirror and dented down the driver side of the box trailer of Huff’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Office also responded to a vehicle accident on Tuesday evening. James H. Kirbach of Virden was headed westbound on Illinois Route 104, when a deer ran out into the road. Both the driver and passenger of the vehicle refused medical treatment.
The Taylorville Police Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;
49 year old Randall C. Smith of Taylorville was arrested on Monday for a Montgomery County warrant.
49 year old Danny R. Beard of Kincaid was arrested on Monday for driving while license suspended.
41 year old Benjamin T. Smith of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday on a Sangamon County Warrant.
45 year old Angela M. Beard of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday for retail theft.
