Area Arrests And Accidents 12/11/19

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following to Regional Radio News;

 

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle accident on Monday morning. Around 550 E on 1400 North Road, 60 year old Paul D. Henderson of Argenta struck a deer. Due to evasive actions to trying to avoid hitting the deer, Henderson struck a cement bridge rail. No injuries were reported.

 

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle accident on the evening of October 17th. 52 year old Pamela J. McPherson of Waynesville, Missouri struck a train at South Shumway and West Calvert in Taylorville. McPherson was rushed to Taylorville Memorial Hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries. 21 year old Logan M. Beck of Freeburg was arrested on Tuesday on a bond forfeiture warrant for a 2018 charge of possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $25,000.

 

33 year old Matthew T. Morrissey of Stonington was arrested on Tuesday on a bond forfeiture warrant for a 2019 charge of driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $5,000.

 

29 year old Jourdan K. Craggs of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday on an original arrest warrant for 2 charges of contempt of court from a 2017 case. Bond was set at $6,000.
