Area Arrests, Accidents, And Fire Calls 10/21/19

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following to Regional Radio News;

 

The Christian County Sheriff’s office responded to a vehicle crash on the morning of October 14th. 33-year-old Kenneth Hughes of Stonington was headed north on 2500 East and around 1620 North hit a coyote. No injuries were reported. 

 

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle crash on Thursday morning. 67-year-old Cynthia M. Jones of Moweaqua called to report hitting a deer on Lincoln Trial near Lakeside Drive. The incident was reported the next day. Jones was able to drive away from the accident. 

 

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle crash on Saturday evening. 34-year-old Nichol D. Vanus of Pana was headed southbound on County Highway #22 and ½ mile north of County Highway #21 struck a deer. No injuries were reported.

 

56-year-old Jeffrey A. Maass of Ohlman was arrested on Saturday for DUI.

 

33-year-old Alejandro F. Cristobal of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday on a bond forfeiture warrant stemming from a 2019 case for domestic battery. Bond was set at $11,000.

 

The Taylorville Police Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;

 

A 17-year-old Juvenile Male from Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for residential burglary.

 

31-year-old Kyle A. Beeler of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for DUI.

 

19-year-old Carter W. Flowers from Nokomis was arrested on Sunday for Zero tolerance.

 

A 17-year-old juvenile from Nokomis was arrested on Sunday for illegal consumption.

 

20-year-old Kyle L. Ogle of Palmer was arrested on Sunday for Zero tolerance.

 

The Taylorville Fire Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;

 

There were 8 EMS calls between Friday at 9 AM and Monday at 9 AM
