The Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following to Regional Radio News;

27 year old Blake A. Griffin of Taylorville was arrested on Thursday for a bond forfeiture warrant in connection to a 2017 case for violating the sex offender registration act.  Bond was set at $15,000.

52 year old Jessica J. Rabideau of Kincaid was arrested on Thursday for violating an order of protection.

51 year old Jessie Lacy of Kincaid was arrested for a bond forfeiture warrant in connection to a 2019 traffic case.  Bond was set at $3,000.

25 year old Gerald A. Brown of Taylorville was arrested on Thursday for a bond forfeiture warrant in connection to a 2015 case. Bond was set at $9,000.

The Christian County Sheriff’s office responded to a vehicle accident on August 26th. A vehicle driven by 46 year old George C. Johnson of Marion was traveling westbound on County Highway #10, ½ mile east of Township Road 500 E, when an owl entered Johnson’s path. Johnson struck the animal receiving minor damage.  No injuries were reported.

The Taylorville Police Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;

29 year old David K. A. Stewart of Taylorville was arrested on Thursday for operating a motor vehicle on a suspended registration.

The Taylorville Fire Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;

There was 2 EMS calls and 1 Fence Fire between 9 on Thursday morning and 9 on Friday morning.
