Area Arrests/Accidents 6/18/18

On Monday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrest to Regional Radio News:

 

46-year-old Terry L. Skinner of Taylorville was arrested on a valid Sangamon County Warrant.

 

On Monday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:

 

Dan D. Follis was driving on Shumway Road when he approached the intersection of Shumway and Route 48. 35-year-old Andrew C. Niebrugge of Decatur was driving on Route 48 approaching the intersection with Shumway road. Follis failed to yield the intersection and collided with Niebrugge. No injuries reported.  Follis was issued a citation for failure to yield the intersection.

 

On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

 

46-year-old Terry L. Skinner of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for Aggravated DUI Alcohol. Bond was set at 3,000 dollars.

 

34-year-old Sarah R. Bell was arrested for Misdemeanor Failure to Return from Furlough. Bond was set at 6,000 dollars.

 

35-year-old Mitchell R. Neeceb of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for Driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at 3,000 dollars.

 

21-year-old Matthew W. Hoover of Pana was arrested on Sunday for Forgery or Alteration of Documents.

 

52-year-old Tina M. Jobe of Pana was arrested on Sunday for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

 

22-year old Whitney A. Cartwright of Edinburg was arrested on Sunday for Possession of 30-100 grams of Cannabis. Bond was set at 1,500 dollars.

 

On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:

 

On June 16th, 34-year-old Danielle J. Hendershot of Assumption was driving on South Business 51 when she lost control on a curve, colliding with a ditch and coming to rest in a cornfield on the north side of the road. Hendershot was taken to Taylorville Memorial Hospital.

 

On June 16th, Melinda R. McKinney of Taylorville was driving on Route 48 when McKinney became distracted inside the vehicle and ran off the road to the right, driving through a ditch and into a corn field, coming to a stop 96 feet into the corn field.
