Area Arrests/Accidents 6/11/18

On Monday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrest to Regional Radio News:

 

34-year-old Kimberlee S. Morrison of Pana was arrested on Friday for an Effingham County Warrant.

 

53-year-old Toby G. Verry of Springfield was arrested on Friday for a Macoupin County warrant.

 

26-year-old Isabella J. Triesenberg of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for retail theft.

 

23-year-old Tiara N. Shull of Taylorville was arrested on Sunday for a Christian County Warrant.

 

25-year-old Jeremy T. Emery of Taylorville was arrested on Sunday for a valid warrant.

 

On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

 

25-year-old Jeremy T. Emery of Taylorville was arrested Sunday for failure to appear. Bond was set at 50,000 dollars.

 

54-year-old Pamela K. Benedict of Taylorville was arrested Friday for failure to appear. Bond was set at 50,000 dollars.



 

On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:

 

On Sunday, 79-year-old Daniel L. Reed of Assumption was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of US Highway 51 and township road 1200 North. 41-year-old Andrew B. Weekly of Pana was approaching the intersection on US Highway 51 when Reed, saying he did not see any vehicles approaching, attempted to cross the intersection and struck Weekly’s vehicle causing front end damage. Weekley was taken to Taylorville Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries.  

 

On Sunday, 23-year-old Kimberly N. Gatton of Taylorville was traveling eastbound on County Road 1800 North. As she approached the curve, Gatton’s brakes failed, causing her to drive off the road and enter a ditch. No injuries reported, Gatton’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
