Area Arrests/Accidents 4/24/18

On Tuesday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

 

43-year-old Alicia M. Geiser of Taylorville was arrested Monday on a Macon County warrant. Bond is set at $3,000.

 

26-year-old Natalie A. Williams of Kincaid was arrested Monday on a Sangamon County warrant. Bond is set at $5,000.

 

On Tuesday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:

 

53-year-old Gary L. Dain was driving northbound on S. Washington Street, stopped at the stop sign with W. Franklin St. Friday. 54-year-old Tom G. Gettings was behind Dain. Dain improperly backed up southbound, not realizing Gettings was behind him. Dain struck the front of Gettings vehicle. No one was hurt.

 

On Tuesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:


36-year-old Damion I. Powell of Taylorville was arrested Monday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $20,000.


42-year-old Tonya D. Fisher of Stonington was arrested Tuesday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $3,650.


58-year-old Donald R. Fisher of Stonington was arrested Tuesday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $3,000.


On Tuesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:


77-year-old Jimmie A. Roach of Taylorville was driving eastbound on Route 48 Monday when he says he fell asleep at the wheel. 55-year-old Maria R. Dulakis of Morrisonville was driving westbound on Route 48. Roach drove into the oncoming lane and side-swiped Dulakis’ vehicle. Dulakis’ vehiclecame to a stop in the ditch. Dulakis was taken to Taylorville Memorial Hospital for her injuries.
