Area Arrests/Accidents 11/29/17

On Wednesday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

 

54-year-old June A. Cooper of Taylorville was arrested Tuesday for Possession of Methamphetamine.

 

33-year-old Tamara A. Wisnasky of Taylorville was arrested Tuesday for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver and Destruction of Evidence.

 

47-year-old Randall C. Smith of Taylorville was arrested Tuesday for Driving While License Suspended.

 

On Wednesday, the Pana Police Department reported the following incidents to Regional Radio News:


A complainant reported an unknown person(s) forced entry into her home on the 700 block of E. Washington, causing damage to the front door. No property was reported missing at the time. The incident occurred sometime after 6:30 p.m. Monday.


A complainant reported the theft of various cordless tools and batteries from a home in the 400 block of Maple. The theft occurred sometime within the last week.


On Monday, the Pana Police Department reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:


73-year-old Barbara A. Grantham of Butler was driving westbound on Main St. Tuesday where she stopped at the intersection with Locust St. 21-year-old Natalie T. Ogle of Pana was northbound on Locust. Grantham did not see Ogle and proceeded through the intersection, hitting Ogle’s vehicle. No one was hurt. Grantham was cited for failure to yield at a stop intersection.


36-year-old Marcus A. Keeton of Pana was backing from a driveway in the 400 block of E. Second when he struck the parked car of 34-year-old Tabitha L. Houseman of Pana. No one was hurt.
