Area Arrests/Accidents 11/13/17

On Monday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

 

30-year-old Amanda J. Leach of Edinburg was arrested Wednesday for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

 

44-year-old Joshua L. Matthews of Taylorville was arrested Friday for Domestic Battery.

 

25-year-old Hank W. Skinner of Taylorville was arrested Saturday for Driving While License Suspended.

 

On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:


26-year-old Zachary A. Goodbred of Niantic was arrested Friday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $1,500.


31-year-old David K. Matthews of Nokomis was arrested Saturday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $100,000.


18-year-old Quentin J. McKitrick of Pana was arrested Saturday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $125.


33-year-old Zachery W. Bough of Taylorville was arrested Sunday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $200.


On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:


29-year-old Jeremy L. Alwerdt of Taylorville was backing his police vehicle from where it was parked on East Cleveland Street on October 19 when he backed the vehicle into the parked car of Shawn M. Rexford of Taylorville. Alwerdt said there was no vehicle parked behind him when he parked the vehicle. No one was injured.


A 16-year-old was driving northbound on Route 48 Wednesday. At approximately 1100 East, a deer came into the roadway. They could not avoid the deer and struck the deer. No one was hurt.


35-year-old David A. Brownback of Stonington was transporting a prisoner back to the Christian County jail in a Christian County vehicle on County Road 4 Wednesday when a deer ran in the road. He could not avoid the deer. No one was hurt.


37-year-old Christina A. Payne of Hillsboro was driving northbound on US 51 Saturday when a deer ran into the roadway. She could not avoid the deer and struck it. She was not hurt.
