On Wednesday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrest to Regional Radio News:

20-year-old Justin L. Sexton of Taylorville was arrested Tuesday for a Christian County warrant for Theft. Bond is set at $1,500.

On Wednesday, the Pana Police Department reported the following arrest and incident to Regional Radio News:

38-year-old Kristi A. Bland of Pana was arrested Monday for Retail Theft.

A complainant reported that sometime between 9 p.m. Monday and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday that someone stole a potbelly wood stove from the back yard of a residence in the 300 block of E 1st St. The case is under investigation.

On Wednesday, the Pana Police Department reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:

18-year-old Savannah L. Stalets of Pana was driving northbound on Locust at 3rd St. Monday. She says she stopped at the stop sign at the same time as 25-year-old David A. Stivers of Pana, who was driving eastbound on Locust. They both proceeded through the intersection and Stalets hit Stivers’ vehicle on the rear passenger side with the front of her vehicle. Stivers says he stopped before Stalets and he was almost through the intersection she struck his vehicle.
