On Wednesday the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

38-year-old Nathan Howell of Taylorville was arrested Monday for Public Intoxication.

21-year-old Dylan M. Weber of Taylorville was arrested Tuesday on a Christian County Bond Forfeiture warrant.

On Wednesday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:

47-year-old Joseph G. Beishir of Edinburg was driving westbound on West Prairie when he drove into the yard and struck a fence in the 1100 block. He drove around the block, came back and stopped in the roadway to look at the damage. A witness heard the noise from the crash down the street and drove his vehicle in front of Unit 1 making Beishir stay on scene until officers arrived.

On Wednesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:

18-year-old Grace E. Goddard of Pana was driving westbound on 250 N. Road Friday and 19-year-old Ragen R. Riddle was driving eastbound on the same road. A witness was that was closely following Riddle said as they came to the crest on the hill, Goddard was on Riddle’s side of the roadway. The witness said Riddle tried to get off the roadway as much as possible but was unable to avoid Goddard. Skid marks show that Riddle was halfway off the roadway when she was hit. A passenger with Riddle was taken to Pana Community Hospital for injuries.
