On Wednesday the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News.
33 year old Vincent B. Page of Taylorville was arrested Tuesday for possession of methamphetamine.
43 year old Christina M. Norris of Blue Mound was arrested Tuesday on a bond forfeiture warrant with bond set at $2,500.
37 year old Brian S. Dennis of Dietrich was arrested Tuesday on a bond forfeiture warrant with bond set at $1,000.
On Wednesday the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News.
58 year old Vayne E. Leckrone of Taylorville was arrested Tuesday for driving with a suspended license, and illegal transportation of alcohol.
21 year old Mollie N. Kress of Taylorville was arrested Monday for criminal trespass to property.
Accidents:
64 year old Cheryl J. Tedrick of Oconee was traveling south on Highway 51. At about .21 North, Tedrick struck a deer entering the roadway from the east. No injuries were reported.
46 year old Kandice E. Smith of Assumption was westbound on Lincoln Trail. Smith stated that at the intersection of Leland Lane, a deer ran into the roadway. Smith was unable to avoid the deer and struck it, causing damage to the front end of the vehicle. No injuries were reported.
