On Friday the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News.

27 year old Elizabeth B Myers of Stonington was arrested Thursday on a bond forfeiture warrant with bond set at $2,500.

36 year old Christopher L. Morgason of Kincaid was arrested Thursday for domestic battery.

Accidents:

24 year old Bryce C. McLean of Nokomis was traveling northbound on Co. Hwy 1. At County Highway 10, McLean struck a deer receiving front end damage. No injuries were reported.

34 year old Coleen E. Clayton of Mowequa attempted to turn left onto Burnett Drive from Springfield Road. Clayton had a green light but not a green arrow and attempted to make the turn when she believed she could make it through a gap in the traffic. 47 year old Roberta J. Albright of Owaneco was traveling south on Springfield Road when she collided with Clayton, causing Clayton’s vehicle to spin 180 degrees. Both cars were totaled. One juvenile passenger in Clayton’s vehicle was transported to Taylorville Memorial Hospital, while Albright was also transported to TMH.
