On Wednesday the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News.
31 year old Megan M. Klespitz of Pana was arrested on Wednesday for domestic battery.
35 year old Tina J. Redmon of Assumption was arrested Wednesday for driving with a suspended license with bond set at $150.
On Wednesday the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News.
19 year old Dalto Gatons of Pana was arrested on Wednesday for no valid license and operating an uninsured vehicle.
ACCIDENTS:
On January 11th 32 year old Andrea K. Lybarger of Taylorville was traveling southeast on IL Rt. 29. Lybarger stated that a red semi truck pulled out in front of them. Lybarger said she turned the vehicle left crossing the northbound lane and went into the ditch. Lybarger’s vehicle was occupied by Lybarger, who was transported to Taylorville Memorial Hospital, and a passenger who refused medical treatment on the scene.
32 year old Kinsley C. Nwoko of Decatur was heading north on Route 51. At around 420 North, Nwoko lost all power to the vehicle. Nwoko’s vehicle was stopped in the middle of the roadway with no power or lights, and Nwoko exited the vehicle to attempt to warn 53 year old Randy W. Schoonover of Herrick. Schoonover was not able to stop once he saw the vehicle in the roadway, and hit U1 causing major damage to both vehicles.
