On Wednesday the Christian County Sheriff’s Department Reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News.
38 year old Amanda S. McMillon of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday for driving on a suspended license, as well as possession of a controlled substance.
34 year old Kimberly J. England of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday on a bond forfeiture warrant for driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $2500.
26 year old William E. Simmons of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday on a bond forfeiture warrant for issuance of warrant. Bond was set at $2500.
23 year old Ryan E. Clay of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday on a bond forfeiture warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $3000.
ACCIDENTS:
74 year old Herbert H. Steincamp of Stonington said that he was having trouble seeing because of the sun in his and struck the back of 32 year old Alexis M. Lashbrook of Taylorville. Lashbrook was stopped to make a left turn onto S. Cherokee St. Witnesses said that Lashbrook was stopped and had it’s turn signal activated. Steinkamp was issued a citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
