A new program is turning heads in central Illinois. The Central A&M Archery Team is a newly formed team for boys and girls grade 6-12. The kids compete at indoor and outdoor tournaments and this week attended their first regional event where they came out on top.
In male youth pins, Will Voudrie, Dax Dukeman, Keegan Northcraft, and Caleb Woodrum placed first through fourth respectfully. Tessa Allen and Mackenzie Doyle took second and third in female and youth pins. Lilly Hankins won Female Eagle Pins, and Dalton Snearly won Male open.
Each archer has four minutes to shoot five arrows. Congratulations to the Central A&M Archery Team, and to find out more on the Central A&M Archery team, visit their Facebook page “Central A&M Archery Team”
