IHSA Releases Guidelines For Returning For Summer Workouts

The IHSA has released guidelines for athletes starting June 6th, to participate in voluntary strength and conditioning sessions. Students will be limited to three hours of participation in a day and must meet in groups of 10 or less, including the coach and medical personnel. It is required to stay 6 feet apart during the workouts, and if that is not possible masks must be worn. Athletes are to bring their own equipment, including their own water bottle and will have their temperature checked each day.

 

No sports specific workouts or equipment are permitted under these policies.
