The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on Monday 3/10. 

Aaron B. Bice pretrial hearing continued to 03/24/2025 at 10 AM. State makes an oral motion for sanctions. motion granted and defendant sanctioned to four days in the county jail with credit for two days served. Defendant ordered released from custody.

Dalton Dupont pretrial hearing continued to 5/12/25

Ashley Getz appears.  case called for hearing on state's petition to deny pretrial release and petition for sanctions. petition to deny pretrial release denied.  sanctions granted.  defendant sanctioned to 30 days in county jail with good time to apply and credit for seven days served.  she is ordered released from custody on March 18th.  pretrial release conditions set. 

Mathieu Kuhns appears. first appearance with counsel scheduled for 04/18/2025.
