Ryan Buerk probable cause found.  Preliminary hearing set for 4/4/25.  Defendent released from custody.

Jacob W. Garrett.  Case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 3/11/25.

James B. Middleton. Pretrial hearing continued to April 21st. 

Jared A. Miller.  Case dismissed by State. 

Donald R. Minard.  Counsel only status scheduled for 4/4/25

Zachary R. Newberry.  Case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on March 13th.  

Megan E. Parker.  Case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on March 11th. 

Amie G. Rhodes.  Pretrial hearing continued to March 13th. 

Steven E. Tucker appeared.  Pretrial hearing continued to March 11th.

Nicholas Vaughn.  Pretrial hearing continued to February 20th.  402 Conference set for Feb. 20th. 

Schuyler W. Wideman.  Pretrial hearing continued to 4/22/25.
