The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on Friday, December 27th.  This list is not exclusive. 

Preston J. Newingham, probable cause found defendant is placed on conditions of pretrial release.  Preliminary hearing set for February 10th. 

Quenton J. Newingham.  Defendant detained after sworn testimony, waives formal arraignment, pleads not guilty, and requests trial by jury.  Final Pretrial is set for February 18th.  Jury Trial March 3rd. 

Aaron Steele appears.  First appearance with conflict pd is December 30th.
